Ho comprato corde per macrame. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo

Ho dato 4 stelle perché la confezione è arrivata aperta. Fortunatamente non mancava nulla. Si vedeva che si è aperta perché la scatola è molto debole. Per il resto ottimi prodotti e prezzi super.

Prezzi interessanti rispetto alla concorrenza, ma form del sito in fase di acquisto non di facile utilizzo (ho dovuto rifare più volte l'ordine perchè non accettava il mio nome come ordinante, se poi usavo la carta di credito di un'altra persona...) Inoltre il servizio post vendita lascia a desiderare: ho scritto 2 email dopo l'acquisto per sapere cose semplici, ma non mi hanno risposto nemmeno. Allora ho telefonato e - al 4° tenatativo (!!) - ho parlato con una signora che non sapeva lì per lì rispondermi, ma che mi ha garantito che mi avrebbe risposto, richiamandomi... peccato che non mi ha più chiamato nessuno!!

Ich hatte ein schweres E-Klavier bestellt und es gab Probleme mit dem Kurier "Geis", der Support von Geis war grottig, aber der Support mit Muziker war dahingehend sehr freundlich und Sie haben sich dafür eingesetzt, dass die Lieferung erfolgreich stattfinden konnte. Ich würde dort wieder etwas kaufen, wenn es mit einem anderen Kurier verschickt wird

Have to admit I was anxious because I didn't know the company and the product was marked as returned by a client but in new condition in substitute packaging, but I couldn't resist the price of the Fender Mustang I'd had my eye on for ages. It arrived on time, exactly as described, not a scratch or blemish, protective plastic still on the scratchplate and neck plate, and very well packaged for the journey from Slovakia to Italy. I'd definitely buy from them again.
